What's holding you back?

Truth! If you would have asked me 2 years ago what is a burpee, plank, high knees or even PiYo....I would have said something that extremely fit people can do. But that is not the case. Because ANYONE can do them! Always remember "You do not have to be great to start, But you have to start to be Great!" What is holding you back?
